Aldar Properties has officially unveiled Marsa Al Saadiyat, a landmark AED 100 billion waterfront development that represents the final chapter of the Saadiyat Island masterplan. Spanning over 6.4 million square metres, the master community will redefine luxury waterfront living in Abu Dhabi.Previously known as the Saadiyat Marina District, the project has been renamed Marsa Al Saadiyat, reflecting the UAE’s rich maritime heritage. The development will feature Abu Dhabi’s largest marina with capacity for up to 350 luxury yachts, 8 kilometres of waterfront, pristine beaches, a vibrant promenade, premium retail and dining, as well as extensive walking and cycling trails.
Designed to accommodate more than 58,000 residents, the community will offer luxury villas, waterfront apartments, branded residences, world-class hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, and direct pedestrian access to the Saadiyat Cultural District.Infrastructure works are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026, while the first residential sales are scheduled to launch in the second half of 2026. Marsa Al Saadiyat is set to become one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious lifestyle and investment destinations.
